I'm terrible at writing reviews but I can say that I very much enjoyed this installment. I just love Alfred and Adam and the action between them heats up nicely in this story. They end up finding a mystery to solve while on their vacation on the Isle of Wight. I enjoyed the way the authors intertwined the deciphering of the scroll with the old sunken wreck mentioned in The Helios Protocol. Very intriguing and I admire the various layers within this series. It's very refreshing to read something so different from the traditional mystery and romance plots in most stories. I just wish I had their talent for storytelling with such unique and original presentation.
Speaking of originality, Alp's book The Awakening is the October read for the book circle. I will be re-reading (although I've already read several times before!) and joining the discussion in the forum. I enjoy reading fantasy also and this one was very creative and imaginative. The book circle is located here: http://carter-seagrove.proboards.com/. I hope to see you all there!
Well, I hope you all pick up The Fanshawe Scroll and I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.
